✔ Scrap Kit: Flutter by P-O Concept. You can get it in S&Co
✔ Mask of Choice: Any mask would do. Here I use Mask 14 from Moonbeams and Spiderwebs.
✔ Font of Choice: Any font you like. Here I use Barkentina Test

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

☼ Open a blank image with 600x600 (pixels).

☼ Place the mask. Click File → Place → Select the mask → Resize it to 600x600 (pixels).

☼ Add a new layer (name it layer 2) → fill it with foreground color.

☼ Click the mask layer. Select all and copy. Go back to layer 2. Press Q on your keyboard → paste → press Q again → Click "Add Vector Mask" icon in the below of the layer column (it's next to fx icon)

☼ Now add blending to layer 2. Click Color Overlay → change color to #f8a3cb → Delete the original mask layer.

☼ Copy and paste element 45 → Put it on the top half of the canvas

☼ Copy and paste element 27 (the frame) → Resize to 65% → Put it on the upper left part of  the canvas

☼ Add a new layer and fill it with color white → Move it under the frame layer → Erase the parts that are outside of the frame.

☼ Copy and paste paper 9 → Resize it to 600x600 (pixels) → Erase the parts that are outside of the frame. → Add blending to paper 9 > Click Bevel and Emboss > Click the texture option under it and apply any texture you like.

☼ Copy and paste the tube's close-up → Flip horizontal → Resize to 80 % → Put it a bit left inside the frame → Erase the parts that are outside of the frame. → Duplicate this layer (name it "tube close-up copy")

☼ Move the tube close-up copy layer under the original tube's close-up layer → Add blending > Color Overlay and select white.

☼ Back to original tube's close-up layer, change its Opacity to 73% → Now use the menu and select > Image > Adjustments > Black & White > Check Tint and adjust the Hue to 359°.

☼ Copy and paste element 42 → Put it inside the lower part of the frame → Erase the parts that are outside of the frame.

☼ Copy and paste element 3 → Move the element 3 layer upon the frame layer → Resize to 84 % → Put it around the middle of the canvas but a bit lower than that → Add blending > Click Bevel and Emboss > style: Emboss  > size: 4 px > soften 16 px

☼ Copy and paste element 25 → Flip horizontal → Resize to 22 % → Rotate 28°. > Put it on the top right of the canvas.

☼ Copy and paste element 22 → Put it around the lower part of the frame.

☼ Copy and paste element 56 → Put it on the middle right of the canvas.

☼ Duplicate element 56 → Flip horizontal → Put it on the lower edge of the frame and move it a bit left.

☼ Copy and paste the tube → resize to 72%. → Put it on the right side of the frame.

☼ Decorate around the frame and the mask by using element 19, element 24 and element 28. You can resize them to make the decoration better.

☼ Copy and paste element 1 → resize to 27%. → Put it on the near element 56 copy

☼ Add your name/text to it → Put it on element 56 copy and rotate the name/text to match.
