CT Tag "Summer Time Blues" For Jenny's Designz + FTU Cluster Frame + Tutorial

Tutorial - Summer Time Blues

✔ Programs: Photoshop - I use CS5, but any version should do.

✔ Tube of Choice: Any tube you like. Here I use PTU tube "Elodie" by disco_science at PFD

✔ Scrap Kit: PTU Kit "Summer Time Blues" by Jenny's Designz

✔ Mask of Choice: Any mask would do. Here I use Vix_BigMask016 from VixPSP.

✔ Font of Choice: Any font you like. Here I use Southern Aire

☼ Open a blank image with 600x600 (pixels).

☼ Copy and paste frame2 → Put it in the middle of the canvas

☼ Copy and paste sun →  resize (smaller) → move it below the layer of frame2 → put it on the top right corner of frame 2

☼ Copy and paste net3 →  resize (smaller) → put it on the top inside of the frame→ Erase the part outside of the frame

☼ Copy and paste net2 → put it inside of the frame→ Erase the part outside of the frame

☼ Place the mask. Click File → Place → Select the mask → resize it to 600x600

☼ Add a new layer (name it layer 3) → fill it with foreground color.

☼ Click the mask layer. Select all and copy. Go back to layer 3. Press Q on your keyboard → paste → press Q again → Click "Add Vector Mask" icon in the below of the layer column (it's next to fx icon) → resize layer 3 (make it a little bit bigger)

☼ Now add blending to layer 3. Click Color Overlay → change color to #adc0eb → Erase the part inside the frame

☼ Add a new layer (name it layer 4) → fill it with foreground color.

☼ Click the mask layer. Select all and copy. Go back to layer 4. Press Q on your keyboard → paste → press Q again → Click "Add Vector Mask" icon in the below of the layer column (it's next to fx icon)

☼ Now add blending to layer 4. Click Color Overlay → change color to #e87da0 → Erase the part inside the frame

☼ Add a new layer (name it layer 5) → fill it with foreground color.

☼ Click the mask layer. Select all and copy. Go back to layer 5. Press Q on your keyboard → paste → press Q again → Click "Add Vector Mask" icon in the below of the layer column (it's next to fx icon)

☼ Copy and paste paper 3 → resize it (make its height same as frame 2 → Right click on the paper 3 layer on the layer column and select Create Clipping Mask → Erase the part of paper 3 outside the frame

☼ Copy and paste sand →  resize (smaller) → put it right below frame 2

☼ Copy and paste forgot me nots 3 → resize (smaller) → Duplicate forgot me nots 3 twice → put them in a row on the lower part inside of the frame

☼ Copy and paste bird → resize (smaller) → move it upon the layer of frame2 → put it on the lower left corner of the frame

☼ Copy and paste flower1 → resize (smaller) → put it in the middle on the right side of the frame's edge

☼ Copy and paste flower3 → resize (smaller) → put it on the top left corner of frame 2

☼ Copy and paste bird2 → resize (smaller) → put it on the top right corner of frame 2

☼ Copy and paste drink2 → resize (smaller) → put it on the lower right corner inside of frame 2

☼ Copy and paste drink3 → resize (smaller) → put it next to drink2

☼ Copy and paste drink1 → resize (smaller) → put it on the lower right of the canvas

☼ Copy and paste coconut → resize (smaller) → put it on the left next to drink2

☼ Copy and paste seashell → resize (smaller) → put it on the left and a bit far from coconut

☼ Copy and paste Shell → resize (smaller) → put it on the left next to coconut

☼ Copy and paste seashell2 → resize (smaller) → put it on the left next to Shell

☼ Copy and paste star fish → resize (smaller) → put it on the left side below the frame and the bird

☼ Copy and paste the tube → resize (smaller) → Flip horizontal → put it in the middle of the canvas → Adjust erase's opacity to 5% and erase the bottom of the tube's legs a bit

☼ Delete the background layer

☼ Add your name/text to it, put it on the lower left of the canvas → Apply styles you like

☼ Add required copyright/credit and save it in png format
